How the food estimate and 18% tip work

Food estimates follow the supplied catering package menu. Quote-only packages and proposed combinations are clearly marked; their final price is confirmed for your event. Individual lunches use the exact headcount at their working per-person rate. Shared packages use separately recorded retail tiers: 20–25, 26–50, 51–100, and 101–199 guests.

The builder supports up to 5,000 guests. Individual meal subtotals scale by the exact headcount at the working $20 or $25 rate. Shared buffet prices above the documented 199-guest ladder, the new house feast and the garden curry proposal require event pricing. The 1× / 2× / 4× / 8× notation describes kitchen quantity, not a formula for larger-event retail prices.

An 18% tip applies to all catering and Peacock Parlor charges. The calculator shows that tip separately on the known food subtotal. Unpriced additions, service, staff and custom items require a quote, and their 18% tip is included when their price is confirmed. Tax and booking terms are confirmed separately; the amount shown is not a final invoice.
